For our services we charge nothing upfront and just 5% of the sales price (2,000€ minimum), based on being able to oversee who else advertises the business.


If there is a non-qualified business agent/broker that you have already listed your business with, it's 8% (as there is more work required to reposition your business).


Please note: Typically, the commission for a business broker is 8-10%, as they can increase the amount you make from the sale, far more than this amount (when compared to when you do it yourself, or with a non business agent such as a real estate agent).


This is also because to sell a business at it's true value, it requires more work than selling a property for example.
